  3. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  4. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned items.

  5. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

  6. Sale and clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  7. Please note that personalized or custom-made items are also non-refundable.
